I have not received my unlimited data. I was approved 4 weeks ago but have not received it. I called customer service and I was redirected and the rep hung up on me. One told me the supervisor wasn't in.

People using my address

2 people are using my address. Manual L. Hernandez and Adam Viramontes Bernatene- 2851 S. LaCadena Dr #62 Colton, CA 92324. Ive lived here 21 yrs I do not know these people. I own this mobile home. Stop sending their mail please.

Phonedoesntwork

My settings are constantly changing and the software version. I basically don't have control of the phone and now I can't even make phone calls or texts or have access to my Gmail account. It says I am out of data I turned off all background data I have not had the phone long enough! I have called customer service multiple times but I would like to return the phone and changing services and reporting the iPad stolen.

I put my phone down somewhere that I cant remember because I have it postconcussion syndrome I cant seem to find the phone so Im calling you to shut it off so I can get a new one thank you

Assurance Wireless

Received a replacement phone and activated it on Feb. 1, 2021, the tech couldn't get data connectivity on my phone and he gave up. I have talked to more than 10 techs since then and spent hours on the phone two techs hung up on me. They all lied to me and then they gave up. Two said they were sending a ticket to get me help and they lied. They were supposed to call me back by Saturday and have yet to hear from them. I've never had this kind of service from Assurance Wireless. Now they lie and hang up on you.

User's recommendation: Avoid choosing Assurance Wireless.

Assurance Wireless never contacted me even though the FCC gave them 10 days to contact me. They outsource to the Philippines and the tech support people laughed at me and hung up on me, kept me on the phone for almost an hour, and then hung up on me.

If you deal with T-Mobile or Assurance Wireless this is the kind of people you will have to deal with. We need to bring these jobs back to the United States.

There are people who need these jobs in the United States. There is no recourse when the customer service people abuse us!

No good service or no good phones

some of the phones have gotten better. like LG, or Motorola, the rest are like paperweights. The phone companies have bad service. including T-mobile when you pay it's good not when it's free it's not. Tru connect should be False Connect. And so on. The phones are made in China. they are just putting cheap parts together. they may not know what products they are working on. but they know what phones are, but they get very low pay.

User's recommendation: better service like the regular phone companies.
