I was given a phone and I made one phone call and then every time I tried making a phone call and its say application error so I contacted stand up wireless and they told me to contact California life
Line and I did . I was told to fill the application and every time I fill out the begging and then it takes me to the front of the application d as o I need help with this

Complaint
Have called multiple times to get documents for application sent, and they never sent them until I filed a grievance with the CA PUC. They denied the service based on not receiving a document that they never sent.
They tend to deny receiving paperwork forcing you to wait a
month. Then you have to call and request the documents again, and wait to see IF they send them

A rep from assurance hacked my acct and listed me using another carrier.. Thats FALSE info.
Now my phone is turned off. I need it back on NOW

I have not received my unlimited data. I was approved 4 weeks ago but have not received it.
I called customer service and I was redirected and the rep hung up on me. One told me the supervisor wasn't in.
